About

The Goshir Chenrezig Klang is a Karma Kagyu Buddhist center located in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. Our practice centers on the profound teachings of the Four-Armed White Chenrezig (Avalokiteshvara), the Buddha of Compassion.

Under the guidance of the Gyaltsap Rinpoche lineage — the “Throne Holder” of the Karma Kagyu tradition — we offer a space for authentic Dharma practice, study, and community. Our center was blessed by the visit of His Eminence the 12th Goshir Gyaltsap Rinpoche in January 2024, marking the first time in 34 years that Rinpoche graced our center with his presence.

Our Center

We welcome all sincere practitioners to join us in meditation, prayer, and the study of the Buddha’s teachings. Rooted in the Karma Kagyu tradition of Tibetan Buddhism, Goshir Chenrezig Klang is dedicated to the practice and propagation of Chenrezig (Avalokiteshvara) teachings — the path of compassion and wisdom.
